Terms and conditions

Despatch:
Goods will be despatched within 24 hours following clearance of online payment by Credit Card or following bank clearance of your UK cheque or UK Postal Order.

If you wish, you may make payments by UK cheque or UK Postal Order made out to “Battery Pulsing Technology Limited” and mailed to BPTL, 7 Hives Way, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 8YE, United Kingdom.

Returns:
You have the right to return your goods within seven working days after receiving them. If there is nothing wrong with your item, you will have to pay the cost of returning them for credit. Units must be unmarked and in 100% working order for a full refund.

Refunds:
Please e-mail us first, to sales@megapulse.uk.net about your return or refund, quoting your Megapulse Serial No. and/or invoice number. We will respond via e-mail within 24 hours.

For UK customers, if you subsequently find that your Megapulse unit is faulty or you wish to cancel your order, please return your Megapulse to us using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery

All customers are entitled to a refund on faulty goods Up to 5-years Replacement Warranty for FAB-MK3, FAR and FAN and up to 7-years Replacement Warranty for FAB-MK4, starting on the day of purchase.

Stock Availability:
We endeavour to stock all items but inevitably some units will run out. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will try and place the order with our supplier the same day and we will e-mail you the same day to advise you when the item will be despatched to you. Items that are in stock with our supplier usually take 10 days to reach our premises before we despatch them to the customer.

Warranty

  • Megapulse FAB-MK4 (6 volt, 12 volt & 24 volt) units are covered by a 7 year Replacement Warranty.
  • Megapulse FAB-MK3 (36 volt & 48 volt) units are covered by a 5 year Replacement Warranty.
  • Megapulse FAN units are covered by a 5 year Replacement Warranty.
  • Megapulse FAR-SM & FAR-LG are covered by a 5 year Replacement Warranty.
The Replacement Warranties are not transferable and do not restart if a faulty unit is replaced.

Technical Advice:
Battery Pulsing Technology Limited and its Supplier will under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage caused arising from technical or non-technical advice on goods supplied.

Privacy and Security:
We want you to purchase from us with total confidence. Your Credit Card details are processed on a Secure Site and BPTL has no knowledge of your Credit Card details.

All personal information collected at time of ordering is transferred into our secure database and none of this information is made available to third parties.

Your Statutory Rights:
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
